What size are your bracelets?

  • Our Regular size bracelet has a circumference of 7 - 7.5";
  • Our Petite size bracelet has a circumference of 6 - 6.5";
  • Our Large size bracelet has a circumference of 8 - 8.5".

Most of our bracelets have an extension available, and some models are stretchable.

Do you offer children's sizes?

At this time, Jewelry Splash does not offer children's sizes.

Can I customize my bracelet?

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that 10 to 20 per cent of the population are allergic to nickel.

And since jewelry with the presence of nickel is one of the most common causes of this condition, Jewelry Splash DO NOT sell any nickel-containing jewelry.

Is what you sell real gold/silver?

We sell the following categories of gold and silver jewelry:

  • Gold plated;
  • Sterling Silver;
  • Silver plated;
  • Silver filled.

Description of every product states precisely which type of gold or silver is used.

Please, note, some of the products are made of Stainless steel, which is clearly specified in the description of the product.

Is your stainless steel safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our Stainless Steel products are safe for sensitive skin.

Stainless Steel was initially designed for medical purposes and could not cause any reactions.

Reactions may be caused by microbes on the surface of the skin.

We recommend cleaning or disinfecting your jewelry regularly.

Does your products cause any allergies?

We made every attempt to provide enough health information where necessary regarding specific items.

All our products are allergy-free, and if by any chance an allergic reaction happens to you, please contact us as in this case we will have to investigate with our suppliers urgently.

Please note that jewelry needs to be cleaned and disinfected after a certain amount of use as germs and traces of natural sweat may cause irritated skin and dermatitis that are not allergic response by nature.
