Concerned about Returns?
This section will explain everything our customers ever asked us regarding returns: from steps on how to do it to questions about returns and exchanges.
What is your return policy?
We get it; sometimes, you have to return an item you have purchased from us!
We want you to love shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.
You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges).
Here is some more necessary guidance regarding the returns:
- Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Products must have all swing tags attached.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or change-of-mind items.
- We do not offer free returns – you must cover the cost of postage yourself.
What are the steps to return an item?
Please email us at email@example.com specifying the reason for your return.
Receive an email with shipping instructions.
If you chose to return, mail the returning item to:

Once your Return is received and acknowledged depending on your preferences, we may issue you the credit with the store, refund you the purchase or ship the replacement.

I ordered the wrong size/finish; how can I receive the correct size/finish?
Please follow the items return procedure.
How long will it take to process my return/exchange?
Returns are processed in 1-2 business days from the receipt of your product by Jewelry Splash.
We issue your credit immediately. Refunds are typically instant.
Delays in payment processing are infrequent, but they may happen.
In this case, please, allow an additional three business days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
There is a discrepancy with my order (wrong product, quantity, colour etc.)
No one's perfect... but we'll make it right!
